Pathania thanked all the stakeholders of Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yogana for handholding of youth and providing an eco-system of developing AaJeevika skills backed by financial support system like, MUDRA scheme that has led to many seemingly unemployable youth turning into successful and proud entrepreneurs.
He said, "I am glad to share that among these participants today about 104 females are running their own independent business units or are gainfully employed, they instill confidence among their peers and inspire others to write more and more success stories."
Kapil Kant in his interaction with the Participants dwelled upon how small steps lead to fulfillment of bigger dreams, "Right skill sets backed by zeal to achieve overcomes all barriers to success."
He also shared his experience of working with Government and how India is changing especially post such initiatives like MUDRA wherein easy and sufficient finance is available to budding entrepreneurs.
The MUDRA loans are extended under following three categories, Loans upto 50,000/- (Shishu), 50,001 to 5 lakh (Kishore), 5,00,001/- to 10 lakh (Tarun), Parag Abrol in his interaction said ,"Chamber of Traders Federation values all such initiatives that help business activity grow, absence of trained manpower was an impediment that prevented growth as lot of time and resources of an entrepreneur used to go into skilling of available manpower however the scenario is hanging post skill development initiatives."
