Early Times Report

Kishtwar, May 9: The National Conference District Youth President Kishtwar Farooq Ahmed Dev today hit out at the BJP and the administration for hampering movement of people for MLA Sunil Kumar Sharma 's visit Kishtwar for the first time after becoming the cabinet Minister in the PDP-BJP government.
Addressing a Press Conference, NC District Youth President said that whole Kishtwar town has been turn into fortress by deploying heaving security on roads for blocking the traffic going in and out from Kishtwar town adding that due to restrictions, the people, students and patients had to suffer a lot.
He said that several employees failed to report on duty as majority of the private transport was diverted to ferry the BJP workers.
He said that instead of choosing a public place, the BJP should have organized the public rally either at Chowghan ground or at ITI ground so that the normal movement of the traffic in city could be run normally.
He said that even Chief Minister, Prime Minister and other ministers visited the Kishtwar, but the public movement remains unaffected. He said that they have seen for the first time that a local power Minister visited Kishtwar lead to the traffic chaos and sealing of Kishtwar city roads. He said that people were forced to travel several Kilometers due to traffic restrict added that all this shows the failure of Kishtwar administration. He said that BJP was afraid of its failure as a result of which they choose a small venue for today's public rally. He said that even government machinery was used to mobilize the gathering added that several District officers circulated the massages asking its employees to reach offices so that they could rush to receive the Minister at Kishtwar entry point. He said that several employees including some District officers were openly seen in today's BJP public rally which is official function of the party and not any official function of the government for which administration issues prior notice. He said that using employees to garner gathering has set a wrong trend which show that ruling party is influencing the employees by using pressure tactics and called upon the administration and the party to deceit from such things which will ensure the dignity of the administration as well as the employees among the public.
