Jammu, May 30: In a petition filed by various cement dealers challenging order bearing No 84 of 2018, dated 19.05.2018 and imposed a ban on the import of cement from Minor Toll Posts falling under the Jurisdiction of Dy Excise CommissionerToll Post Lakhanpur, Justice MK Hanjura of J&K High Court Jammu Wing after hearing Adv Pranav Kohli for the petitioners, issued notice to the respondents and ordered that subject to objections from other side impugned order bearing No 84 of 2018, dated 19.05.2018 shall remain stayed. |
