ABS raises concerns of public service | | | JAMMU, June 30: Aadarsh Bhartiya Samaj a Social Volunteer Organisation raised concerns of public service as society is facing scarcity of drinking water, roads and others. As per press statement issued here, R K Sharma-Chairman and S Daljeet Singh-President said during the peak hot, dilapidated condition of the roads in and around, worst condition of the sewerage and drainage system in the locality invites breeding of mosquitoes resulting dengue and viral diseases a great threat to the lives, frequent cuts of powers hampered the study of students and works. They also said the problem of solid wastes became the obstacle in cleanliness and beautification of the area. ABS reiterated to draw the attention of concerned department and requested Governor N N Vohra to pass the suitable directions to the concerned to resolve the issues immediately before the condition worsens. |
