| It is shocking and objectionable to raise question on the defence matter of the country. The Prime Minister of India wholly and solely is responsible to protect the nation and the boundaries of its country to provide peace and crush the revolt or insurgency which provoked by misusing of religion to create unrest and paralyses the administration for implementing Pak agenda. The Pakistan has initiated proxy war through its valley based stipendiary lobby headed by Mirwaiz and Geelani for its cause and for that purpose terror funds are provided by it to them to create lawlessness, strike, violent demonstrations, shutdown schools and other State Government infrastructure are set on fire, afterwards upraise of anarchy killings and bloodshed are passed on India and its Security forces to malign it internationally. It is a strategy of valley based lobby hatched by their mentors. They are fifth columnist and branded Pak spies for Pak cause who get terror funds to generate terrorism for violence and bloodshed, declared by the National Investigation Agency. In fact they are criminals and loaded with so many FIR, out of that some criminals are facing judicial cases.
In that qualification they have no public mandate, as such they are unable to represent the people, besides Pak declared Hurriyat as its proxy in Kashmir appeared in the media dated 30th October 2017, whatever is uttered by them, was the misleading and baseless, to the level of India Representative to UNO, who during discussion in the meeting had refuted its and its proxy, claim ion Kashmir issue and bewared Pak representative to UNO, with remarks not to raise that likewise baseless issue which was not in its ambit, to misinform the world without any ground of legal or historical arguments, who kept mum.
Now the political position of the Hurriyat anti-national elements is clear that though they are Indian citizens but are working for the Pak cause as its spies to generative terrorism, killings and bloodshed to paralyses the State administration with the terror funds flown to them through Pakistan, which too also disclosed by the National Investigation Agency. Therefore they have no legal right to boast of stake holders of the Kashmiris.
In the grim situation when the terror operation was being conducted in the villages by the Security forces, they were targeted with pelting stones by the local villagers in the support of Pak terrorist even then they restore peace and further protect the people at the cost of their lives. It is very ironical that in that horrible life and death situation Pak-proxies raise their demand to remove AFSPA. In case their demand is conceded to, in that event there would be more killings and bloodshed, out of that deterioration and instability of Indian Government along with its Security forces are defamed by them to pull down internationally.
Pakistan is an aggressor country, known world over, especially by the UN Security Council. During contesting the Kashmir case by taking in view of on the representation submitted by India to inform it that Pak had took an invasion of Indian Jammu and Kashmir State running on word by committing en-mass killing, bloodshed and encroached upon 1/3rd territory of the State, which requested in an operative Para of the representation that the aggression may kindly be got stopped for further bloodshed sand its territory encroached upon during aggression be surrendered in its favour. The UN Security Council after viewed the Indian complaint, issued cease fire order and the territory encroached upon was put under the protection of Pakistan as a status quo territory till further orders. After contesting the case the Pakistan was branded as an aggressor country and admitted also the State sovereignty over India by UN Security Council thus the case was concluded.
On the whole process of the case in question, Pak ambassador who moved to knock the door of the world power to justify its so called stand as an aggrieved party on the J&K State. That it was a Muslim majority territory, therefore it had political right over it, beyond the demarcation of British India. It was not in merit for India and Pakistan to talk on the sovereignty, which was already demarcated by the British Government. Apart from that it seemed that the Pak has lost its memory which is re-afreshed for its pleading to refer the UN resolution of 13th August 1948, which recognized the J&K sovereignty over India as it had existed on 15th August 1947, which is unchallengeable and non negotiable. Thus the British India had conditionally partitioned the sovereignty for India and Pakistan for ever lasting peace.
The said resolution further demanded and asked to Pakistan to vacate the occupied Indian State territory from its forces and the alien people and made the congenial atmosphere to conduct process of plebiscite and India would remain its forces there. The plebiscite in the State as it was on 15th August 1947. Thus the Pak has changed the political situation of the State all together. it has ceded some portion to China; allowed for further Pak-China corridor at the cost of Indian sovereignty, while it was not competent to alter the status quo, without taking confidence of UNO and India and similarly the Gilgit Agency has also been altered which it was not authorized to change its status through the demographic change and to allow China in that area for its political interest. There all violations had betrayed by it to ignore its responsibility entrusted by the UNO. These are serious questions which are lying pending to solve it.
In the meanwhile during contesting the case, the Security Council cropped up the issue of plebiscite on the plea for ever lasting peace, which was rejected by India and Pakistan, letter on Pak agreed. The plebiscite was out of the issue. The State had exceeded to India vide instrument of accession, passed by British senate in 1947, and the sovereignty of the State was surrendered by the Ruler in favour of India. However, after wards, India agreed for the plebiscite with certain condition which was accepted by the Pak and the UN Security Council.
After agreeably India and Pakistan, the UN Security forces, asked to Pakistan to provide the congenial atmosphere to conduct plebiscite and for that purpose vacate the territory from its forces as well as alien people. Despite to carry on its instructions, it did not pay any attention for compliance its instructions. Reminder and subsequent remainder were sent, but all had been ignored. It, keeping in view of its evasion to process the plebiscite, closed the cases once for all. Afterwards Pak had discussion with India to discuss mutually to decide the case which was agreed by India.
Afterwards Prime minister India invited Pak-Prime Minister Zulfikar Ali Bhutto at Simla in 1972. The issue was discussed in Sweet cordial atmosphere. During discussion, the ceasefire line was converted into line of actual control and 92-thousands Pak war prissiness were released honorably and other demands were conceded to in respective mood. It was decided mutually that the difference on the State and other, it would be decided bilaterally and mutually without any mediator or any third party interference i.e. all outstanding issues between the two countries will be resolved through bilaterally dialogue peacefully without interaction of any third party or any mediator. Therefore it had been the reason they could not have produced a reply, then why it and its Pak-spies shedding crocodile tears for Kashmir. So much so, it could not be able to bring a motion in the UN Security Council till now. Thereafter meeting was concluded, for next meeting to further process. In the meanwhile, the UN Security Council declared internationally that Kashmir relating resolutions had now no weight in the light of Simla agreement, therefore it exonerated from all the obligations. It closed its door for that purpose.
We failed to find out that since then so many bilateral meetings were held, but core issue did never included in agenda. However, India had been protesting and representing the issue to the level of resolution one after other passed by its parliament, but Pak did not pay any heed to Indian proposal to surrender the mode of Indian State territory in its favour and put the matter pending for indefinite period.
Pak was firm and unable to face to face talk with India for its claim on authoritative arguments, but followed the technique to use its muscle power in the name of religion and established its lobby in the valley for Pak cause and provided rain of funds for the unrest and subversive activities to bow India according to its aspirations. Since then it and its valley based lobby have been working in the valley to implement Pak agenda by taking mis- advantage of the liberal policy of the Indian government. Thus it started brutal violence to hit the State people and mis-lead the world people against India. It started communal propaganda internationally to malign India and moved door to door world powers and especially UNO against India`s for interference in the matter, but it failed to get support from any quarter of the world due to its baseless false and twisting propaganda.
After developing insurgency, un-rest, instability and lawlessness, in the State the Pak proxies who are working in the valley to develop more chaos and followed one more unique strategy to help and support the Pak supported terrorists to provide houses of the local villagers for their hiding. The Pak stipendiary lobby which changed its terror strategy and issued revised instructions under now policy with the result of that it supported Pak terrorists encouraged to fight security forces with gun fire and during encounter the villagers along with their children come out to pelt stones on them resulting in injured and killed the security forces even then they kept busy in the rain to pelt stones at the cost of their lives. That criminal Pak lobby examines their devastative development at the cost of their children shield for Pak terrorists who are also killed during surprising encounter or those who provoking youths for stone pelting through Havala funding. The cry was raised by these branding Pak sypies for the human rights violations to malign India internationally. After wards they announce Call for strike and shut down as well as violence is created to paralyses the daily life.
It should be known to Pakistan and its valley based lobby, the pelting stones and shooting at the Indian forces who face the challenge at the cost of their life of Pak supported intruding terrorists in the State for violence, killings for self style motive to encroach upon the state through its muscle power, by shattering national integrity and sovereignty to establish Nizam-e-Mustfa under two nation theory, on the blood of minorities, can never be fulfilled by it. Indian forces would defend its territory and dignity and honor of its people by using all means. In the war or proxy war, it is a fundamental responsibility to act according to the situation. In the light of that Army Chief India, warned clearly to the local people that those who would come out to help terrorists, interfere anti-encounter operations, would be treated anti-national elements, therefore they were informed to stay away from the encounter sites. He in the same breathe warned that anyone who instigated youth, to pelt stones, and gun-shooting did not lose anything, but it is the youths who lost their lives and end up in graves. These youths should realize that they are choosing life over death and resorting to stone pelting or shooting would not get them to achieve their dream of so called Azadi on the blood of minorities.
Similarly the ministry of home Affairs government of India, had also warned the people to beware away from the encounter sites and not to create obstruction in anti-terror operations. It was for the safety of the people that they should avoid to go near encounter site and further informed not to create obstacles in anti-militancy operations.
Look into the Director General Police, J&K State, advised the people to refrain to go encounter site as these sites were not the venue of marriage of terrorists to be flocked by youths as the bullets did not differentiate between stone palters and militants. He appealed the villagers, especially to the youths not to go close to encounter site, because of there was not only function nor were any toffees being distributed. There was horrible shooting fight of life and death, but all advice had gone all in vain. However security forces informed the villagers, especially youths to keep themselves off from the encounter site during gun-battle with militants even then that was over-hearted but they had been rushing to encounter site in a bid to help militant to escape.
In the light of developing an insurgency in the valley, the grim situation has increased, and has gone un-control. The youth students along with women and girls by throwing off their mask jumped into fray for pelting stones on the Indian forces without the fear of death in the name of their religion with the slogan for so called dreaming azadi, which is an unfortunate and shocking. The Pak stipendiary lobby, working in the valley to implement the Pak agenda has done its job to create unrest and anarchy to paralyses the State Government on the behest of Pakistan with the flow of funds, under the strategy to support the Pak terrorists for their escape by alluring to provide huge funds without case their lives, in that event they would go to heaven and find out of all royal facilities for living. Thus the youths are provoked to go encounter site to help those terrorists and dies, Thus the Pak and its valley based lobby is following its strategy to make them shield at the cast of their blood to achieve its object. That inhuman game is continue with the flow of Pak funds through its lobby to capture the State.
Government of India has its own policy, inspite of that J&K State Government in the past 10 years has spent more than Rs 100 core of tax payers money to provide security to Hurriyat anti national elements who are Pak sypies branded by the National Investigation Agency and who keep spitting venom against Indian Government, whose only job is to instigate people in the name of religion to make the anti India sentiments deeper and wider in the state. How, it is justified that loot of tax payers money to utilize for the protection of the trouble mongers that too when there is no reason for it, who the determined to shatter the Indian sovereignty, which does not deserve for any facility.
These anti national elements who are big crocodiles dance on Pak tune are not fit for unbridle movement in the civil society and needs to confine them in outside jails lifelong to restore peace. On the whole they deserve for stern action. |
