Democracy as given to understand is where the will of the people prevail .Which has to be honoured with utmost respects and responsibility . After all Democracy means as given to understand by the People, of the People and above all for the welfare of the People to whom duly elected Government is supposed to deliver. Success and defeat in election is a normal phenomenon in democratic set up. All the political parties in the fray of election have to accept the verdict of the people whether it goes in their favour or not. Keeping in consideration it has been conveyed as per constitutional laid down process through adult franchise. This universally recognised adult franchise to elect democratic Governments has to be adhered to in the letter and spirit in the world. Even masculine countries but mature ones has never given any reason to doubt and are far better in democratic adherence which made them to achieve highest order of better peaceful life with top human index achievement. India being the second largest franchise in the world has evolved it is own Democracy made in India. A demonocracy in the name of democracy is being perfect by each ruler at the centre over the years .And NDA regime has outsmarted the earlier ones in its recent action to have dissolved the duly Elected Government the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly. A malicious Gift to the people of the State on the auspicious occasion , the Birth Day of the Prophet. Governor could have waited for the next morning to allow devotees offer prayers in peace .
