JAMMU, Mar 27: Jammu Sanskriti School, Jammu organized Sports Camp in the school precincts wherein their sports department ensured every possible game for our special children. The camp was held for a week in which eleven special children participated with gusto. It was inclusive of activities like warming up, stretching, jogging, 100 mtr run and walk, yoga asana, zigzag running, cycling, football, volley ball and cricket along with special focus on Speech and Communication skills. Not only had these class teachers delivered special lecture for these children. The camp was organized under the supervision of sports faculty namely Yogesh Manhas , Ravinder Singh, Rajesh Kumar, Jagpreet Kaur and Tanishka Charak.
The camp was relinquished with the medal giving ceremony in which all the children were rewarded with medals by Rohini Aima, Principal Cum Vice-Chairperson of the school. She while congratulating the children and their mentors asserted that these children also possess certain abilities which if properly catered can yield fruitful results, so even if we have to travel an extra mile for this we should do for it is utmost responsibility as educators. |
