Plantation drive organized

Jammu, July 26: Shaheed-e-Azam Bhagat Singh Foundation in collaboration with Forest department and Bhargav Public School Gadigarh, Jammu conducted plantation drive at Park near MBS College Babliana.
More than 100 saplings of different species of tree plants were planted by the students of Bhargav Public School Gadi Garh Jammu. Before starting plantation students carried a cleanliness drive in the park and removed all the debris and plastic bags and other items from the park and dumped in a nearby dustbin placed by JMC.
Speaking on the occasion Dr. Taran Singh President Shaheed-e-Azam Bhagat Singh Foundation stressed upon the participants to plant more and more trees to save our planet from becoming dry.
Pt. Ashok Khajuria State Spokes person BJP while addressing the participants said that everyone must plant 5 trees every year and save the nature otherwise human survival on planet earth will become difficult in near future.
Vikas Sharma asked the children keep your surroundings clean. There is no alternative to cleanliness. He stressed upon to follow the Swatch Bharat cleanliness campaign. Angat Singh Secretary Tennikoit Association J&K said that protection of environment is necessary for good health. Kuldeep Raj Verma Forester presented vote of thanks.
