Safai Karamcharis see bright future after repealing articles 370, 35 A

JAMMU, Aug 5: Showering all praises to BJP Government at Centre led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi ,safai karamcharis of Jammu today expressed hope that their future seems to be secured and bright after repealing of discriminatory Articles 370 and 35 A .
We have been facing the brunt of these articles way back since 1957 when local safai karamcharis went on indefinite strike in the regime of then prime minister of J&K Bakhshi Ghulam Mohammed said Sunny Khokher,president safai karamcharis Aandolan Union ,adding at that point of time a rule was passed and 272 safai karamcharis were imported from neighboring state Punjab to clean the Jammu city.
By the passage of time our generations passed but this community have been facing the brunt of these discriminatory articles 370 and 35A which gives special status to state but has nothing to give our community, Khokher added.
Our four generations have been working as safai karamcharis despite our credentials due to these articles now ,when these discriminatory articles have been repealed by the Union Home Minister Amit Shah in the BJP led Government at Centre headed by Narendra Modi we pin high hopes in the set up of our country and expect bright and secured future for our next generation apart from cleaning drains which we have been doing since generations ,Sunny Khokher further added.
