| SGGSPHS School celebrates Annual Sports Day | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Jan 30: Guru Gobind Singh Hr. Sec. School celebrated its Annual Sports Day in the school Auditorium with zeal and zest. The programme was started by lighting the traditional lamp by the chief guest S. Charanjeet Singh Khalsa Ex-MLC while guest of honour is C. S. Toor Director IK Bani Channel. Besides chairman Prof. Harbans Singh of Guru Nanak College of Education and other dignitaries. The dignitaries and guests were welcomed by beating of the drums and playing flute music by the students of the school. Administrator of the school Charanjeet Kour welcomed the guests by honouring them. Gurtaj Singh Principal of the school highlighted the achievements of the school in the different fields during the current session. On this occasion students of the school presented cultural programme and the first item was vandana by the students of class 10th following by 100m race by senior students of the school. Junior wing of the school presented sack race, lemon spoon race, Blow balloon race. Apart from the cultural programme price distribution was held to honour and encourage the students for various competitions by the chief guest. |
