| SSP Ramban chairs review meeting on crime and corona | | | Early Times Report
RAMBAN, Mar 16: SSP Ramban Haseeb ur Rehman today held a meeting with the Gazetted officers, SHOs and IC PPs of District Police Ramban. Focus of the meet was on two major issues - Crime and Corona.
All the officers present in the meeting were directed to implement the Government's directives with regard to containment of Corona virus in letter and spirit. They were further directed to make announcements with regard to imposition of Sec 144 in their respective jurisdictions and also keep a watch on any foreign return or outsider entering their areas. With regard to crime, the participants were directed to dispose off all old pending cases on priority and merit. Main stress was given on quality investigation so that conviction is secured in future. Disposal of inquest proceedings, absconders, missing persons also got discussed in detail.
