The sources told the Early Times that two major such meetings were held today in Kishtwar District at conference hall in DC office complex which include the meeting of officials with over 100 PRIs followed by another meeting of government officials. The sources said that in first meeting, over 150 PRIs and government officials participated while in another meeting, over 50 officials participated and both the meetings according to the sources did not fall under emergent criteria and could easily have been avoided.
