2 day tournament organised by DDTA concludes

Doda, Dec 29: A two day tournament organised by District Doda Taekwondo Association (DDTA) under the aegis of Jammu Kashmir Taekwondo Association (JKTA) was brought to its conclusion on December 28, 2020 at Community Town Hall Doda.
A massive response was recorded in which more than 200 students from different Clubs and Schools through out the district participated most notable among them being Shield Taekwondo Academy which bagged most medals arriving at the 1st position followed by Chenab Taekwondo Club.
The Chief Guest for the closing ceremony was Assistant Commisssoner Revenue Doda Mr Kaiser Bhawani who while encouraging the participants promised Taekwondo Mats for the DDTA so that the challenges of practice are alleviated. He added that the Administration was glad that such programmes were being promoted among the youth. Bouquets were presented by Vice President DDTA Junaid Ali Khan.
Guests of Honor included District Officer Youth Services and Sports Mr Jaffar Haidar Sheikh, Executive Officer MC Doda, District Planning Officer Education Ayaz Sb Mughal including Master Atul Pangotra.
Special guests were Kh Rizwan Wani Principal Iqra International School and Chairman Famishd Muzamil Khan. Tournament was directed by Burhan Ud Din Khan which is Taekwondo National Referee Class-1st.
The technical team was Headed by Vinod Kumar (National Referee) , Muzamil Rashid (REK), Anil (Rek), Koushal Kumar (REK), Anjum, and Suhail wani with Coordinator, Yasir Jamil Butt. Organising Secy DDTA Adil Sufi hosted the event.
