PTU leader to file writ petition in SC to implement minimum wages

Jammu, Dec 29: Sewa Singh Bali, General Secretary, Panthers Trade Union is going to file a writ petition to Supreme Court in favour of SPOs of J&K for their regularization and enhancement of salary. He was addressing a press conference in Jammu today.
According to press release, Bali warned the Union government to immediately regularize the SPOs with proper policy and enhance their salaries. He said SPOs are now well qualified and we will no stone unturned to give justice to SPOs.
He said we trying our level best for them but govt deaf and dumb approach had created lot of problems to them. They are performing their duties day and night. In addition he said that unemployment is big issues in Jammu and Kashmir. He stressed the government to create Job opportunities to the unemployed youths of Jammu and Kashmir. He said Daily wagers, cooks, Anganwari workers, Chowkidars, Numberdars, Safai-Karamchari and many more are living in mere salary. He appealed govt to enhance the salary of all these.
Bali speaking said Rebhar Khel scheme in which highly qualified people are working on very less salary, so govt must focus on them and enhance their salaries.
Unemployed Dental Surgeons big issue in which more than 4000 are unemployed and govt had din no recruitment since 2008.
He appealed govt to absorb all the unemployed dental Surgeons of Jammu and Kashmir so people will get relief in hospitals and public will no longer suffer.
