Jammu, Feb 7: Final Match of 3rd Sub Sarfu Memorial Tournament was played between MBCC and MCC at Kodewala. MBCC won the toss and elected to bat first. Batting first Jammu sports scored 108/6 in 12 Overs with major contributions of Sikander 50, Sahil 28, From Mishriwala Cricket Club Rohit Singh took 2 Wickets.
While chasing the target of 109 MCC made only 107/9 runs in 12 overs. Rohit from MCC scored 37runs, Lucky scored 15runs. From MBCC Raj Songh took 3w wickets and Jishu got 1wicket. Sikander was judged man of the match for his splendid Knock. Ajay Kumar was judged man of the Tournament. Micheal and Sanjay Sharma were offical umpires where as Sanjeev Sharma was Scorer.
Mohan Lal Bhagat (SSP Police Training Center Udhampur) was the Cheif Guest on the occasion and Thakur Sham Singh Langeh (Gen Secretary JKCA District Jammu) with Mr. Parshotam Lal (Social worker) were the Special Guests while Mr. Sandeep Sharma and Kuldeep Raj (Girdawar) were the guests of honors. This tournament was organised by Smt Kanta devi w/o Late Sub. Sarfu Ram Sharma under the supervision of Sanjeev Sharma (Organizing Secy) Winner team was awarded By Trophy & Rs 5000 Cash prize while runner up team trophy with Rs 2000 The tournament was Organized with out any entry fees.
