EDP for JKREGP candidates concludes at SBI-RSETI Jammu

JAMMU, Sept 28: An Entrepreneurship Development Programme (EDP) for JKREGP Candidates was organized by SBI-Rural Self Employment Training Institute (SBI-RSETI) Jammu with the coordination of Deepu Thapa and Shallu Sharma, Faculties at the Institute which concluded today.
22 candidates from different parts of Jammu District participated in the training programme. On this occasion, a small but impressive function was organized at RSETI premises in which certificates were distributed by Ramesh Kumar Raina, Lead District Manager SBI Jammu. The officials interacted with all the candidates and guided them to take full advantage of the training acquired from SBI RSETI Jammu. Ramesh Kumar Raina, motivated the candidates for self employment, employment generation and thrust for Atam Nirbhar Bharat. He also guided the candidates about the benefits of training acquired at RSETI and about JKREGP Scheme. He also informed the candidates about Stand Up India Scheme.
Director, RSETI, Aklesh Raina, assured the candidates every possible help from RSETI in future. He motivated the candidates to stand on their own, after completion of the training programme and he also maintained that SBI RSETI Jammu which is aimed at skill building of prospective small entrepreneurs / borrowers specially for rural youth, is unique as it is intensive short term residential self employment training programme with free food and accommodation designed especially for unemployed rural youth with a specific emphasis for BPL families.
