GAMC Akhnoor organised Yoga Awareness camp at Arya Samaj Mandir

Jammu, June 16: Department of Swasthavritta and yoga Government Ayurvedic Medical college Akhnoor Jammu is conducting various yoga activities in different places in regarding upcoming International yoga day. In this context A Yoga Awareness camp is organised at Arya Samaj Mandir Janipur . During the event a live yoga session was conducted. During the session indication, contraindications and proper method of performing asana and pranayama was guided to the participants.The whole event was organised under the Guidance of Principal mam Dr Shashi Sudan Sharma and Dr Narinder Sharma Nodal officer and AO Mrs Seema Rani.
Dr Abhishek Magotra, Associate Professor, Dr Sheetal Gupta Assistant professor and Archna Sharma Yoga Teacher coordinated the event. Speaking on the occasion Honorable Councillor ward 37 Smt Sunita Gupta ji and Mandal President Janipur Bjp Mr Raveesh Mengi ji said general public to adopt yoga on daily basis to improve their health especially to children who are future of the country.
Dr Abhishek Magotra and Dr Sheetal Gupta thanked Subash Babar ji President Arya Samaj Mandir Janipur for providing all the facilities to make this camp sucessful. Ayush, Sachin, Ujwal, Anu and Priyanka all students of 3rd Prof GAMC Akhnoor also participated in the event
