| GDC RS Pura organizes a "Poster Making Competition" | | |  Early Times Report
RS PURA, July 16: Department of Sociology, Govt. Degree College R.S. Pura organized a "Poster Making Competition" on 16.07.2022 under the aegis of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav & IQAC, to celebrate World Day for International Justice 2022. The event was organized under the Patronage of Principal of the college Prof. Sunil Uppal and supervision of Prof. Jai Mala Thakur, HOD Sociology. The aim of organizing competition is to create an awareness about justice as well as about human rights. A total of 15 students participated in the competition with full zeal and enthusiasm. Mahima of semester 4th bagged 1st Prize, Sarabjeet Kour of Semester 4th bagged 2nd Prize and Priya Choudhary of Semester 4th bagged 3rd Prize. The event was adjudged by Dr. Neena Gupta, HOD English and Prof. Swati, HOD Education. Dr. Sarmishta Sharma, Prof. Sandeep Kumari and other faculty members were present in the occasion. Principal of the college appreciated the efforts of the organizing committee and encouraged the students to participate in more such activities in future. |
