Pak using women, children as tools
7/17/2022 10:49:58 PM
A Pakistani woman was recently apprehended by the Army in Poonch sector along the Line of Control after she intruded into this side. She had crossed from the same point where the Army had foiled an infiltration bid last week.
The security agencies are investigating why the woman crossed over. Was it an intentional attempt or she had just wandered into this side.
There are reports that about 200 terrorists are waiting on the launch pads in Pakistan occupied Kashmir (PoK). They are looking for a chance to sneak into this side and there is every possibility about the terrorist handlers sending women and children to check the alertness of the soldiers deployed along the LoC and looking for the points through which they can sneak in. The robust counter infiltration grid along the LoC has made things difficult for the terrorists as they are not finding it easy to crossover to this side. It seems that they are using women and children as tools to pave the way for their infiltration into this side.
In recent months infiltration attempts have declined as the soldiers deployed along the LoC and International Border are not allowing any group to succeed. A handful of terrorists who have managed to cross over have been either killed on the LoC itself or they have fled back.
The terrorist handlers are finding it hard to push mercenaries into J&K as the local recruitment in terror ranks is on decline. Besides sending women and children, the drones are being sent into this side to drop weapons. In the recent past soldiers deployed along the LoC have brought down many drones that were sent from Pakistan.
One thing is crystal clear that Pakistan is in no mood to give up nor it wants to change. It wants to somehow keep the conflict in Jammu and Kashmir alive. The terrorist bosses are waiting for a chance to push in terrorists so that they can carry forward their agenda of spilling blood in the Himalayan region. Sending women and children to check the alertness of troops along the LoC is no surprise the terror sponsors can go to any extent to keep their mission of death and destruction moving in Jammu and Kashmir.
