Sanjay Pandita Early Times Report Jammu, Oct 30: In a continuing effort to dismantle terror networks in the Union Territory, Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Thursday dismissed two more government employees with alleged terror links under Article 311 of the Constitution of India. Since the establishment of a Special Task Force (STF) in April 2021, a total of 80 employees linked to terror activities have been terminated from government service for their involvement in anti-national activities. Both recently dismissed employees were teachers in the School Education Department who, instead of fulfilling their educational responsibilities, allegedly indoctrinated students with extremist and secessionist ideologies at the direction of handlers across the border. Early Times Report Srinagar, Oct 30: Jammu and Kashmir has registered more than 2,800 cases of domestic violence in the last two years, with a 121 per cent spike in reported incidents in the last financial year, the legislative assembly was informed on Thursday. Responding to a question by National Conference (NC) MLA from Habbakadal, Shamim Firdous, Minister for Social Welfare Sakina Itoo said 2,872 domestic violence cases were registered during the last two years at One Stop Centres for Women and on the Mission Shakti dashboard in Jammu and Kashmir.
