| NPP flays coalition Govt for all-round failure | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT Jammu, Oct 7: JKNPP strongly condemned the coalition Govt. for conspiring to sabotage the empowerment of panchayats.It strongly believes that the coalition partners have a secret understanding not to implement the 73 amendment the implementation of which is being vigorously demanded by the panchayats.The JKNPP condemns the double standards of the two parties and a high drama enacted by them on the eve of Rahul Gandhi's visit and there after. It seeks the due implementation of 73 amendment. JKNPP flayed the recent hike in the prices of diesel and LPG and seeks immediate role back of the hiked prices. It condemns the rigorous and complicated procedures and formalities prescribed in the process of verification of eligible benefi cieries.It demands increase in the no. of permissible cylinders under subsidized category from six to twelve. The JKNPP flayed the utterly fractured work culture, lack of accountability and transparency, non performance, utterly poor delivery and patronized corruption prevailing in the Govt. The Panthers Party expressed its grave concern over the total failure of all State and centrally sponsored schemes in the State. It strongly regrets the declaration of the State as a tail ender in the implementation of PMGSY, NRHM, RMSA, PYKKIA, USIDSSMT, JNNRUM, SSA, besides others there by depriving the people of the state of the legitimate benefits due to them under the said schemes. JKNPP strongly condemned the State Govt. for its deliberate denial of security to the Panthers Party Leaders and activists belonging to State. It is pertinent to mention the JKNPP is a recognized State Party by the election Commission of India and is one of the major opposition party in the State. It is the only secular, nationalist, democratic opposition party in the State. The deprivation of the Panthers Party leaders in the matter of security is a serious issue and is a part of the conspiracy against the party leaders by the ruling alliance. |
