RAMNAGAR: Sudha Memorial Educational Research & Charitable Trust in collaboration with Akhand Jyoti Committee today organized a Free Medical and Dental Camp in the premises of Town Hall Ramnagar. The District Development Commissioner, Udhampur, Mrs. Yasha Mudgal was the chief guest on the occasion. While appreciating the efforts of the organizers of the camp, the DDC said that the civil society have been playing an important role in providing health care facilities to the needy people. She urged upon the organizers to hold more such camps in future and assured all possible help from the district administration. The Chairman of the Trust, Dr. K.K Kudyar said that the trust has decided that medical camp will be organized every year on the same day. The trust also adopted ten poor students and sponsored their studies and also provide financial assistance for marriage of a poor a girl. A team of doctors including Dr. Rattan Kudyar, Dialectologist, Ashok Gupta, Child Specialist, Mohan Lal, Cardiologist, Dara Singh, Orthopaedics and Spine specialist, Sat Gurdayal Gupta Skin Specialist examined over 2000 patients and provided medicines free of cost to needy patients in the camp.The free Ultrasound, ECG, Blood Test facilities were also provided during the camp. |
