| LA accepts amendment to Salaries & Allowances Bill of Members | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Apr 3: The House today unanimously agreed to the amendment in the Bill namely “A Bill to amend the Salaries and Allowances of Members of the Jammu and Kashmir State Legislature Act, 1960 (LA Bill No. 4 of 2013) which was received from the Legislative Council. According to the amendment the new law shall have effect from Ist of February, 2013.
Earlier, the Secretary J&K Legislative Assembly, Mr. Mohammad Ramzan tabled the copy of the Bill which was returned by the Legislative Council.

Mr. Mohammad Sharief Niaz presented the 3rd Report of the Committee on Petitions of the 11thLegislative Assembly.
Mr. Jagdish Raj Sapolia presented 4th Report of the Ethics Committee on the 11th Legislative Assembly.
Mr. Balwant Singh Mankotia presented the Report of the Committee that was constituted to examine the cause deaths of patients in SKIMS, Srinagar and SMGS Hospital (Paediatrics), Jammu. |
