| Bhalla inaugurates new eye Centre of Shree Atam Vallabh Jain clinic | | |
JAMMU: Minister for Housing, Horticulture and Culture Mr. Raman Bhalla today inaugurated Shri Bhagwan Kalyan Parshvnath Eye Centre, a unit of Shree Atam Vallabh Jain clinic at Jain Nagar Talab Tillo here today.
The Clinic has been opened in collaboration with Dr. Om Prakash Eye Institute, Amritsar and Sheela Devi Eye Care Centre, Jammu.
MLA Jammu West Prof. Chaman Lal Gupta presided over the function.
While speaking on the occasion, Mr. Bhalla appreciated the efforts of the institution for taking the initiative, which will help hundreds of needy people who had not enough money to spend on the eye disorders or to travel outside the state for treatment. He hoped that the centre will provide best of the services to the people.
Prof. Gupta congratulated the team of doctors present on the occasion and especially the committee for taking keen interest to provide all kind of medical help to the needy and poor people.
General Secretary Shree Atam Vallabh Jain Clinic, Pradeep Jain said that the intention of starting an eye wing was to provide modern eye care to the people of the district. The clinic aims to improve the accessibility and affordability for quality eye care services.
