| Lok Adalats to be held at Baramulla, Sopore on May 15, 24 | | | BARAMULLA : According to Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, Baramulla, who is also Principal District and Sessions Judge, Mr. Rashid Ali Dar, a Lok Adalat is to be held on May 24, 2013 in District Court Complex, Baramulla.
The litigants interested to settle their disputes through negotiation, mediation, arbitration and conciliation shall approach said Lok Adalat before May 20, 2013.
Meanwhile, a Lok Adalat shall also be held in Court Complex Sopore on May 15, 2013 involving two benches, the first bench shall be presided over by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sopore, Mrs. Masarat Roohi, who is also Chairperson, Tehsil Legal Services Committee and the second bench shall be presided over by District Mobile Magistrate, Sopore.
The interested litigants have been asked to approach Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sopore for settlement of their cases through the said Lok Adalat before May 14, 2013. |
