CM lays foundation of Employees’ Housing Colony at Pampore
400 flats in three blocks to be completed this year

SRINAGAR, June 11 : Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah Tuesday laid foundation of Government Employees’ Housing Colony at Pampore near here being developed over an area of 100 kanals of land. The project envisages construction of three blocks of flats numbering 400. The estimated cost of the colony is Rs. 90.65 crore and it is likely to be completed during 2013-14. There is also provision for constructing additional three blocks in the colony. Chief Secretary, Mohammad Iqbal Khan-dey, Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister, B. B. Vyas, Director Estates, M. H. Malik, various other officers and representatives of government employees were present on the occasion.
