| JKDF holds meeting to discuss forthcoming elections | | | ET Report JAMMU, Aug 4: Jammu and Kashmir Democratic Forum (JKDF) today held a meeting to review the organizational set up in the erstwhile Doda District in view of the forthcoming Parliament and Assembly polls at Batote. The meeting was convened under the leadership of its president Anil Gupta who was accompanied by State Youth President Munish Khajuria, State General Secretary Surinder Sharma, District President Urban Jammu Arun Khanna and State organizational Secretary Vijay Shastri. Addressing to workers and party cadre, JKDF State President Anil Gupta Said , " There is need to apprise the people about vision and ideology of JKDF. People have understood the design of present regime at Centre as well as at State. Growing inflation, nepotism, corruption, scandals and discrimination are the issues to highlight the mis-governance of Congress led coalition at Centre and NC-Congress regime in the State of J&K" Commenting upon the recent earthquake in the parts of Kishtwar and Doda District , Gupta said, Government have failed to fulfill its obligations to help the victims besides putting up strong disaster fight mechanism. The prominent persons present in the meeting are Manmohan Gupta, Janki Nath Thakur, Rajinder Singh from Kishtwar District Swami Raj Sharma and Niaz Ali. |
