Police seize illicit liquor 8/24/2013 11:16:00 PM Early Times Report UDHAMPUR, Aug 24: Udhampur Police seized 52 pouches of illicit liquor from Manthal, Tikri, Udhampur. Based on reliable information, a police party of Police Post Tikri intercepted one suspicious person who was travelling on foot near Manthal towards Shurta, Jhajjar Kotli. During thorough search of that suspicious person, 52 pouches of illicit liquor were recovered from the accused identified as Chain Singh son of Bachittar Singh of Shurta, who was arrested on the spot.
