ABVP protests against gang rape in Mumbai 8/24/2013 11:16:57 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Aug 24: Activists of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarathi Parishad (ABVP) staged a protest demonstration against the gang rape with a photo journalist in Mumbai at Parade Chowk. Lambasting on the Maharashtra government Arun Prabhat Singh said that it was shocking crime proved the complete failure of government. "If they cannot improve the law and order situation, they must resign", he said.
