| Jammu, Dec 11 : Forum for Resident of Backward Areas (FRBA) in its emergency meeting has termed the recent cabinet decision to add 45 more forward villages in the list of backward areas as biased for RBA people and has demanded to enhance the present reservation from 20 to 30 percent. The meeting was held under the chairmanship of Zakir Malik Bhallesi, President RBA forum, and was also addressed by Ayaz Mughal , general secretary and Riyaz Malik, organiser Pir Panjal Forum. "It was a cruel joke with the people of 45 villages as the inhabitants of 2178 villages already falling under this category have been deprived of any facilities and government has done nothing to remove their backwardness" said Zakir Malik.
