Udhampur, Dec 11: A woman received injuries today when she was attacked by a bear at village Gardiya, Khurd in Chenani.
According to the sources, the woman identified as Santosh Devi wife of Khem Raj of Gardiya, Khurd, Chenani went for grazing her cattle in nearby forest area, on the way back she was all of sudden attacked by a bear resulting injurious to her.
After hearing the screams of the victim woman, local residents immediately reached the spot and shifted the injured woman to Sub District Hospital Chenani.
After preliminary treatment there, doctors immediately referred her to District Hospital Udhampur for advance treatment. |
