Casual approach of NC- Congress responsible for mounting problems of masses: PDP

Jammu, Jan 6: Lambasting State Government for its failure to solve problems of the common masses, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate for Jammu-Poonch Lok Sabha seat Yash Pal Sharma today said that miseries of the people have increased manifold after formation of National Conference led regime in the State.
Addressing series of public meetings at Pucca Danga, Manda and ward number 18 of Sarwal area of Jammu city, Yash Pal Sharma, MLC, said that State has been plunged into unprecedented crises due to wrong policies of Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, who has failed to connect himself with the people. He said that during the last five years this regime has done nothing to solve problems of the people. "What to say to mitigating woes of the masses, this regime has further compounded miseries of the people due to its wrong policies", he pointed out and added this regime has proved total failure in its five years tenure.
While expressing his grave concern over mounting problems of the common masses, he said that due to its misdeed and mis-governance this regime has lost its credibility.
He took the coalition government to task for its failure to provide even ration to the people in the urban what to say of rural and remote belts. He also mentioned toward worsening power situation in Jammu city where unscheduled power cuts has become a routine affair.
"People of Jammu and Kashmir have lost faith on NC led regime as this government has done nothing on ground", he said, adding, "achievements of the government confined only on papers because this regime is more particular about issuing press statements and conducting photo sessions to hoodwink the gullible people", he said.
Meeting at Pucca Danga was organised by Indu Anand while as Devinder Singh organised function at Manda. Jagjeet Singh Jagga, R K Bali, Geeta Thakur, Fallail Singh, Susheela Jamwal, Ritu Gondi, Anju Bhan, Puneet Jamwal, Chaman Angral besides other party leaders.
