Kishtwar, June 9: In the wake of Urs Mubarak of Shah Mohammad Fareed-ud-Din Bagdadi (RTA) Sahib falling on 21th of June and Annual Yatra of Sri Sarthal Devi Mata on July 5-6, the Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kishtwar Mohammad Javed Khan convened two separate meeting at his office chamber to review and finalize the arrangements for the religious occasions.
Addl. Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Hanief Malik besides the officers of Police, Transport, PHE, PDD, KDA, Health, CAPD, Information, CRPF, CISF, ARMY, Fire Services and Forest Department were present in the meetings wherein the deputy Commissioner directed the respective departments to ensure the availability of drinking water, street lights, electric generator, medical facilities, ambulance, food, fire wood, toilet facilities and sufficient number of vehicles for the devotees.
The participants in the meeting were apprised that arrangements regarding parking places, security and availability of fire extinguishers were also finalized. It was also decided that Coordination cum Control Centre will be established for proper coordination among the line departments.
Deputy Commissioner also passed directions regarding the arrangments at revered shrine to the respective departments for the two day annual yatra of Sri Sarthal Devi Mata. |
