Jammu, June 14: Jammu and Kashmir Ladakh All Departments Clerical Staff Association condemned the State Government for inviting a selected lot of self style employees leaders from Kashmir Province only for discussion in the meeting held between the Chief Minister and employees leaders in Srinagar.
Addressing a press conference, president of the association Babu Hussain Malik criticized the state government for deliberately maintaining a silence in the said meeting over the already agreed burning issues of the clerical cadre employees like Removal of Pay anomalies of clerical Cadre.
He said the government had made different agreements with the Clerical cadre employees from time to time on 10-03-2008, 19-02-2009, 14-05-2010 & 15-09-2011 wherein it was promised to fulfill all the demands of clerical cadre including removal of Pay anomalies/disparity of clerical cadre but deliberately did not fulfilled the demands.
Members of association unanimously decided that a protest demonstration shall be held at Press Club, Jammu and in front of D.C. Offices of all the Distict headquarters on 17-06-2014 on the call given by J&K State Govt. Employees Joint Action Committee to decide the future course of action.
Those who were present in press conference included Ahmad Dewani, Javeed Ahmad Akhoon, Bharat Bushan, Anil Kesar, Seva Ram Rathore, Meenakshi Sharma, Vipan Kumar, Yashpal Sharma, Vikas Sharma, Jaswant Singh and Munish Sharma. |
