ReT Forum hails appointment of Pakhroo as DSE-J 7/29/2014 12:10:51 AM Early Times Report JAMMU, July 28: Hailing the decision of government to appoint HR Pakhroo as Director School Education- Jammu (DES-J) from within the department, the J&K ReT Teachers Forum (JKRe TTF) expressed hope that appointment of an educationist as new DSE-J would improve the overall working of the department. In a meeting of the district presidents of Jammu division and executive members of the Forum held here today under the chairmanship of its senior vice chairman Bhupinder Singh and provincial president Arvind Sharma, the participants exude confidence that a person who himself belongs to the school education department and having in depth knowledge of its working right from the primary up to higher level would prove to be an asset to the department.
