| Minor alleges gang rape, manhunt launched to nab accused | | | Early Times Report
Udhampur Aug 23: A 16 year girl today lodged a written complaint with Police Station Rhembal, therein alleging that she was gang raped about 20 days in village Kambl Dunga in Udhampur District.
Quoting the complainant, police sources said, "the victim (name withheld) a 16-year-old girl alongwith family members lodged a written complaint with Police Station Rhembal therein alleging gang rape with her in Kambl Dunga Udhampur District. "The complainant has identified accused namely as Mohan Lal and his Son-in-laws Raj Kumar of Kambl Dunga, police sources said while adding. " Rhembal police have registered a case under FIR No.136/14 u/s 376 against two accused." A Police team from Rhambal under the direct supervision of SSP Udhampur Mohd Suleman Choudhary was sent to various places to nab the accused. |
