| JKSCST organizes lecture on Ozone depletion | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Oct 16: Jammu and Kashmir State Council for Science & Technology today organized popular lecture on 'deputation of Ozone Layer' at Govt. Girls Hr Sec School Shastri Nagar, Jammu .
The programme was inaugurated by Principal of the institution, Farida Javed. In the inaugural address , she appreciated the efforts made by Science and Technology department.
The introductory speech was given by Shruti khanna, programme Co-ordinator , Department of Science and Technology. The expert from Jammu University delievered the lecture. He stressed upon the importance of Ozone layer. It has been a very informative session for students staff and guests. He also highlighted the challenges and their preventive measures to the students to protect mother nature. About 150 students got benefitted by the lecture.
The vote of thanks was presented by Vice Principal , Parveen Raina.
