| Teachers Forum welcomes imposition of Governor's rule in J&K | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Jan 10: Teachers Forum has hailed the imposition of governor's rule in Jammu and Kashmir State.
According to press release, the forum said that it was seen that in our state the situation has worsened for the past many years. Corruption has deepened its roots and each government department has fallen into its clutches, thus making J&K no. 1 corrupt state in India.
"The Government employees are without salaries for months together and are unable to meet their both ends, whereas DA installments are due from January 2014. Recently Kashmir floods have played havoc into the lives of the people there who are now poorly rehabilitated. In addition cease fire violation in borders has also contributed further worsening the situation. People are rendered homeless", the forum said, adding that recently held elections in state, somehow had pinned some hopes into the mind of the people, but all are dashed to the ground.
Now with the imposition of Governor rule in state we are again filled with hope that a conducive environment will be provided to us by addressing our problems. |
