Prof Bhim criticizes Prime Minister’s speech | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Jan 10: Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party (JKNPP) supremo Prof. Bhim Singh has criticized Prime Minister Narinder Modi's sppech in Ram Lila Ground Delhi. "Prime Minister, Narendra Modi's 40 minutes speech he made at Ram Lila Ground, New Delhi this afternoon failed to attract any student or a listener interested in India's State-Centre relations or foreign affairs. The Prime Minister limited himself only to political jargon asking for votes in the coming Assembly election in Delhi least realizing that he is Prime Minister of India, the largest democracy in the world, and therefore the people at home and abroad expected him to mention latest development in Indo-Pak relations, escalation of violence in Europe threatening peace and tranquility in the world. Prime Minister Modi speech arranged at the expense of state exchequer failed to deliver at Ram Lila Ground." Prof.Bhim Singh reminded Prime Minister Modi that he was Prime Minister of India representing the entire nation and its people therefore persons at home expect the Prime Minister to express his opinion on current issues facing the country; maybe in North East, J&K or elsewhere. The people expected him to condemn violence that shook entire France and Europe. People also expected him to comment on the Presidential election held in Sri Lanka yesterday and the situation in the North-East. Prof.Bhim Singh described Prime Minister Modi speech in Ram Lila Ground as disappointing. |
