JAMMU, May 7: Wrong Recruitment Policy was the real policy of NC-Congress and inspite of people's opposition, both remained stuck with this rights snatching policy till they got a clean rout in the Lok Sabha elections. After Lok Sabha elections, N.C-Congress was forced to roll back that wrong-Recruitment policy.
But the new BJP-PDP government inspite of the visual defeat of NC-Congress over their wrong recruitment policy has crossed all the limits of slaughtering the qualified and educated youth of the state with the introduction of new employment policy wherein a person selected for any government job will get regularized after serving on contractual basis for 7 years.
This was discussed in a meeting of All India Backward Class Union (AIBCU) under the chairmanship of its president Abdul Majid Malik.
In the meeting, several speakers said that after getting a job on contractual basis at the age of 37, an individual is not in a position to run a family with three thousand monthly honorarium.
Besides, speakers said that MLA/ MLCs/ Ministers have raised their salaries and other perks to the highest level but forced the qualified youths to live with a very meager small amount of money.
They said that it is a conspiracy of all the four political parties viz NC, Congress, BJP & PDP which are acting against the interests of the educated youth. |
