Dress designing training programme concludes 5/7/2015 11:51:27 PM Early Times Report VIJAYPUR, May 7: 21 Days long "Dress Designing Programme" organized by SBI-RSETI Samba (Vijaypur) concluded. Training Programme on Dress Designing was conducted by the Institute from April 9 to May 5. In the training programme, 29 candidates hailing from Raika Lubana village of District Samba attended the training programme. This was off campus training programme. All the 29 candidates completed the programme successfully. On the concluding day, K.L. Sharma, Area Manager J&K Grameen Bank Kathua was the chief guest, who distributed certificates to the participants.
