Former SSP Manohar Singh challenges his Suspension HC directs Home Deptt to consider DGP's communication within four weeks 5/8/2015 10:56:48 PM Early Times Report Jammu, May 8: In a petition filed by then SSP Manohar Singh who was suspended on September 18, 2009 by the Govt for allegedly involved in fudging of evidence in much publicized Amandeep Murder case, Justice Tashi Rabstan of J&K High Court Jammu Wing after hearing Adv Sudershan Sharma appearing for the petitioner disposed of the petition with the direction to Home Dept to consider the claim of the petitioner as contended in the writ petition having regard communication dated September 4, 2014 issued by DGP for reinstatement of petitioner.
