JAMMU, June 7 : Secretary, Indian Mountaineering Foundation (IMF) North Zone Committee, New Delhi, Ram Khajuria inaugurated the annual adventure camp at Apple Kids International Pre- school, Bantalab, here today.
Adventure activities like Wall Climbing, Tent pitching, Tarzan Swing, Knots training, Burma bridge, Commando net, Beam balancing, Tunnel crawling and films on adventure have been included in this nine-day long camp.
Organized by the Apple Kids International Pre-school, Bantalab, all the activities are being conducted by experts in the field. The school bears a festive look with colourful tents and balloons decorating its sprawling lawns.
To keep the participants in a more relaxed and fun-filled atmosphere, activities like dance and music, Taekwando, magic show, Camel riding, Yoga, confidence building and personality development activities. Lots of fun games shall also be conducted during the camp wherein over 100 students, including 20 from other schools are participating. |
