| Recent Modi-Sharief meeting at Ufa congress hall (Russia) on 09-07-2015 on the side lines of Shanghai cooperation organization summit over the year. War broke out between two countries like one in 1965, 1971 and 1999 Kargil conflict because there is no change in Pak foreign policy and these were fought on the pretext of issue of Kashmir embro-iling. The Pakistan civil government though in existence, yet it is working always under army especially ISI wing. The Punjabis in Pak army are dominating and their say is final in all internal as well as external matter. The bad and good terrorist is their prepl-anned language.
The harbouring of most wanted international criminals group of terrorists have made Pak situation pitiable especially when its Prime Minister goes tour to attend international submits. He has to cut a sorry figure there when other countries heads posses different questions to PAK premier on terrorism.
On one side Indian soldiers are being killed on IB and LoC and on the other hand the PM of India and Pakistan shake hands. This amounts to a saying that let the people die on border. They will show a mild angryness and shall meet again but how many times such metings will take place when there is no end to killing and such subversive activities by Pak sponsored terrorism. Do they meet under some pressure by big bosses like America, Russia or China or what prompted them to meet again and again showing to international communities that is no harm in carrying forward straimed diplomatic legacy. The Kashmir which has become a flash point of all controversies people there are enjoying all freedom and fundamental rights but what is wrong with Pak why it is singing a song settle the Kashmir issue who is he to interfere in the personal matter of India . It is known fact that Kashmir is an integral part of India and its accession with India has been final and the instrument of accession was signed by not less than a person of J&K ruler. His highness the then Maharaja Hari Singh on 27th October 1947. Neither India has a policy to fully close the issue of Kashmir with Pakistan nor Pakistan wants to close down the issue. Pakistan does not honour UN resolution on Kashmir when India straight way lodged a complain in UN Security Council that Pakistan has attacked Indian Kashmir and is an aggressor. The UN SC penalized Pakistan by resolution that Pakistan will maintain statusquo and shall withdraw its troops from the area of Kashmir under its illegal occupation with in 30 days but Pakistan never acted and ultimately ceasefire was declared and Pakistan kept ¾ part of Indian Kashmir under its illegal occupation. India wants that Pakistan must go by UNSC resolution on Kashmir.
The only solution of waxed Kashmir Problem UPA I and UPA II carried forward Biryani legacy with Pakistan for 10 years and did nothing solid on issues confronting both the countries. Though NDA- I during the time of AB Vajpyee the India was close to the Kashmir issue but Kargil conflict gave setback to efforts made by then NDA govt. to resole the Kashmir impasse. Pak army does not want Kashmir issue to be resolved. Pak general know that once Kashmir issue is settled then civil govt. will prevail and army will have a little say in the Govt. UPA track - I and track II diplomacy did not work effectively. UPA appointed interlocutors just to pass their time and dragged and prolonged the dialogue and nothing came out so who so ever was involved in resolving the Kashmir issued enjoyed Kashmir gustaba and Kashmir rogan juice and Biryani and went to killing their time. POJK issue not settled till date. Issue pertaining to west Pak refugee hanging in fire and return of Kashmiri pundits still awaited so all these burning issues related to final settlement of Kashmir are unresolved and need immediate attention of NDA - II because NDA II was brought in power to make a change in the internal as well as external policies. People have voted NDA to power to show some visible change especially when dealing with Pakistan on Kashmir issue but it has almost gone one complete year and people of this country are quite hopeful that Modi the Prime Minister of India will certainly help settling Kashmir issue. Now, there are two issues before the present dispensation, the one is development and 2nd is foreign policy. The foreign policy with Pakistan need implacable efforts. The 26/11 incident of Mumbai and perpetrators of this crime are still hiding in Pakistan and moving escort free without being tried in the court of Pak and that too instead of international pressure on Pakistan. This clearly shows the malafibe intention of Pakistan and terrorists were asked to carryout attack on Mumbai and kill the innocent people there. Before the steps are taken and move is built for resolving all issues with Pakistan. Pakistan has to reply for all these heinous crimes it has committed from time to time on IB, LoC , Kargil, Mumbai, Gujarat, Delhi etc. So Indian has to measure the Pakistan intention in its length and breadth. China is using Pakistan soil for its own purpose, America is supplying arms to Pakistan. Russia to some extent helping Pakistan in its development of infra structure. Gulf countries are already extending helping hands to Pakistan being a Muslim bother so Pakistan does not bather for India's pressure to Persecute Hafiz Sayeed, Lakhvi, Maulana Azhar Masood and others the wanted terrorists by India. Pakistan is frequently asking India for solid evidences which have been sent to Pakistan by Indian authorities but still Pakistan govt. is not satisfied with these evidences and deliberatory disho-nouring its important neighbour’s plea which of course is creating bitter relations between the two nations virtually. Pakistan army is dealing with Pak external affairs policy and in order to keep ISI and Pak fundamentalists happy Pak minister oftenly make threatening statements by saying that Pak is a nuclear state. This indicates that such statements are made at the instance of Pak army and ISI. |
