Jammu, Dec 23: Vehicles collision today led to clash between the drivers following which a case was registered in this winter capital of Jammu and Kashmir.
A private school bus of Central University this evening collided with a car near Jeevan Nagar in Satwari area here.The drivers of both the vehicles exchanged heated words and clashed with each other.
An eyewitness here said that the car driver supported by some passersby also thrashed the bus driver and damaged the bus by pelting stones and later escaped from the spot.
The students travelling in the bus rushed to the police station Gandhi Nagar to lodge a complaint and seeking arrest of an erring car driver.
"We have registered a case and also know the registration number of the car while action will be taken against the driver," Deputy SP Sachin Gupta, SDPO Gandhi Nagar here said. |
