Aam Aadmi Party holds candle March
3/10/2018 10:16:56 PM
Early Times Report
Jammu, Mar 10: The J&K Aam Aadmi Party held a Candle March Protest demonstration against internal bickering & self contradictory political posture in governance in the coalition government leading to great confusion & chaos among general masses and paralytic affects on the bureaucracy in the state.
The protesters were raising slogans against the coalition partners for befooling the masses on one hand and virtually promoting their own agenda of their respective political gains in their constituencies.
The AAP protesters held play card in their hands demonstrating that PDP & BJP coalition partners are pulling in opposite directions viz: BJP demanding CBI enquiry in Kathua rape case & murder case while Mehbooba insists for Crime branch probe, the BJP on one hand wants to take action against land grabbers while PDP pleads non- harassment of Nomadic population. The BJP supports army engaged in anti militancy acts in the state while PDP registers FIR against Army officers.
AAP as per handout issued said that BJP has completely surrendered before PDP and have killed their conscience for sake of sticking to power only. Recently, when Union Finance Minister was in the city of temples, BJP failed to get permission for holding rally neither at Parade ground nor at Dussehra ground. What for they are part of the government the AAP questioned? Why BJP has kept the Jammu's concerns under carpet namely settlement of refugee's problems, de-limitation commission, abrogation of Art.370 & 35-A, Jammu's artificial lake; equal share in employment & professional colleges? And what about Rohingyas getting Ration Cards, Aadhar Cards, electricity & water connections the AAP questioned? Is Mehbooba Mufti advocating the case of land grabbers in the garb of tribal community, the AAP fired another salvo.
