3/10/2018 10:17:53 PM
Early Times Report
Jammu, Mar10: JKPCC Chief Spokesperson and Former MLC Mr. Ravinder Sharma said that people of Nowshera, Sunderbani and Kalakote unitedly defeat the designs and policies of PDP-BJP government to divide and rule and said that struggle of district status would continue till the goal is achieved.
Reacting to the current situation the present dispensation of PDP-BJP has tried to divide people of Nowshera constituency and Kalakote constituency by clubbing Kalakote with Kotranka in totally arbitrary and irrational manner with a view to defeat the already recommended district status to the area comprising of two constituencies based on a three Sub-divisions of Sunderbani, Nowshera & Kalakote by the previous government, which is a deep rooted conspiracy and against the interests of people of this area.
He said that the people of Nowshera, Sunderbani & Kalakote should unitedly defeat this design and continue struggle for already promised district status at appropriate place suitable for the entire belt. He said that the road map for achieving this goal lies in joint struggle by building mutual trust and co-operation of the representatives of all three Sub-divisions so that the struggle reaches to logical conclusion. He rejected the attempts to divide and create wedge amongst different areas to defeat out goal of district status and appealed to the saner elements and prominent citizens to play their positive and constructive role in order to build mutual trust and confidence for a joint struggle and rise above petty political interests for the larger interest of the people of two constituencies.
Sharma interacted with several prominent people of the area and held threadbare discussion in this regard and got positive response in furtherance of this goal and hoped that the people of these three Sub-divisions would unitedly struggle for their due and genuine right of district status.
