JKTF seeks fulfillment of demands

Jammu, Mar 11: A meeting of Jammu Kashmir Teachers forum was held at Jammu under the chairmanship of Ganesh Khajuria State General Secretary, in which threadbare discussion was held regarding the various issues being confronted with the teaching. Some of the burning issues highlighted were as stated below:
That salary grant of Surplus Masters/ Lecturers be released immediately in their favor from overall cadre so that they may get their pay after settling their income tax liabilities. That the unadjusted masters of DPC held in Feb, 2014 who have acquired their B.Ed degrees from MANNU, IGNOU, Kashmir University be adjusted at earliest as they are facing a lot of hardships ,mental agony and humiliation as well.
That the DPC of all cadres of education department i.e. Lab Assistant to Teachers, Teachers to Masters, Masters to Headmasters and class IV employees to Lab. Assistant /Junior Assistant be conducted at earliest to remove stagnation which is causing frustration and monetary loss to all the cadres in the department.
That the salary grants under SSA be delinked from the State budget as to avoid long pendency of salary of Teachers/ Masters.
While speaking on the occasion Ganesh Khajuria appealed to the Education Minister to kindly intervene into these matters and take sympathetic and positive steps to resolve these issues for the betterment of employees of education department.

Singh, Sushil Sharma, Narinder Chib, Shanti Saroop Sharma, Kuldeep Singh Bandral, Jagdish Sharma, Gurdeep Slathia, Kuldeep Verma, Bharat Bhushan, Majeed Hussain, Daleep Dingra, Devinder Chib and Balraj Singh and many others.
