JTC, SKF criticize Govt for differing over RBA certificates to migrant youth

Jammu, Mar 13: A joint meeting of the Jagti Tenement Committee (JTC) and Soan Kashmir Front (SKF) J&K was held here today under the Chairmanship of Shadi Lal Pandita President JTC/SKF J&K. The meeting was attended by the office bearers and members of the organization.
During the course of meeting the participants have expressed their grave concern over differing RBA certificates to the Migrant youth hailing from Reserved Backward areas of Kashmir valley. Shadi Lal Pandita while addressing the participants has said that the issuance of RBA certificates to the migrant Kashmiri Pandit youth has been deferred by the Government under a hatched conspiracy to ignore and deprive the Kashmiri Pandit community of its fundamental and constitutional rights. Pandita has said that since the Kashmiri Pandit Migrant community has not been re-settled permanently and still temporary Ration card have been issued to them after their registration as Migrants as such deferring issuance of RBA certificate to the Migrant youth hailing from Reserved Backward areas of Kashmir province is grave injustice with their educated youth who have been ignored and deprived of the benefits under this category. Pandita has further said that Government General Administration Department vide its order no. 295-GAD of 2018datedm 21-02-2018 has constituted a committee for critical examination/analyzing the issue regarding issuance of Backward Area certificate in favour of migrants.
