Jammu, Mar 13: In violation of transfer policy, the School Education Department has ordered transfer of 21 Senior Lecturer and Lecturers but ironically 10 of them have closed to power corridor, have been got transfer within city limits.
Sources informed Early Times that on 08/03/2018 the School Education Department has transferred and postings of 21 Senior Lecturers and Lecturers with vide government order No. Edu/V/03/2018 wherein nearly 10 Lecturers have managed himself to get within city limits transfer and the deserving ones once again ignored by the department concerned, the reasons best known to authority concerned by it has been so flexible towards blue eyed lectures.
Sources further said that such a instance of enjoying transfer within city limits is Senior Lecturer, Mohammed Tayoub Khatana, at serial number third of said order who was posted at Higher Secondary School Pahalgam as lecturer of Mathematics and now got new place of posting in DIET Anantnag against any available vacancy. "Whereas Dr. Showkat Javaid, Lecturer of History was posted at DIET Rajouri and managed new place of posting in HSS School Rajouri against available vacancy/ against the incumbent having mature stay" said sources while wishing anonymity.
Another instance who are enjoying posting at nearest distance such as Yasir Nawaz Malik of English was posted at HSS Kandi Budhal Rajouri and now got new place of posting at BHSS Rajouri against the available vacancy while Nisar Ahmed Lecturer at serial numbers 10 was posted at HSS Kisthwar and managed it new posting at DIET Kisthwar and Mirdulla Bharti Lecturer of Economic at serial numbers 11 was posted at GHSS Bazar Kasaba and got new posting at Girls HSS Nawabad Jammu.
As per the order Shagutta Rashid Lecturer of English, Lecturer Nazakat Hissain Shah of Urdu and Lecturer Jyoti Dogra of English at serial number 13, 17 and 18 were posted at BHSS Baramulla, HSS Shiender Poonch and Under order of transfer from R.S Pura to Samba, have been managed new place of posting within city limits in Girls HSS Baramulla, GHSS Mehdhar and to continuous at her previous place of posting or Miran Sahib Jammu.
The sources alleged that the faulty transfer policy of education department could be gauged from this fact that lectures having close proximity with politician and bureaucracy have been enjoying plum postings at reasonable distance and those who haven't influential background are compelled to take far flung posting that too since long times.
